Arjeplog Municipality now offers private individuals the opportunity to join a waiting list for future attractive plots that may become available for sale.
These are plots that we consider to have a special location or some other feature that makes them particularly appealing.
It could be a plot that already exists today but is not currently for sale, or it could be plots that will be developed in the future within Arjeplog.
Plots are allocated according to the date of registration — those who have been on the list the longest will have priority. When an attractive plot becomes available, we send out information via email in the order of the waiting list. You will then have the opportunity to accept or decline the offer.
To join the waiting list, send an email to our technical officer with your contact details. Once you receive a confirmation email, your place in the queue is secured.
