Join us on Saturday, 14 February for an exclusive wine tasting and four-course dinner with sommelier Linnéa from the well-known wine importer Solera Sweden. Linnéa will guide you through a flavourful wine tasting where wine and food come together in perfect harmony. With 17 years of experience in the restaurant industry and training as an international sommelier and dining room manager, she has a deep understanding of how wine interacts with ingredients, preparation and seasoning. The tasting will focus on powerful, elegant and nuanced flavours that demand the right choice of wine.

Linnea leads the tasting with a confident hand and a personal touch, combining knowledge with inspiration, concrete tips and taste experiences that you can take home with you.

With WSET Level 3 Award in Wines certification and extensive practical experience, she creates a tasting that is as educational as it is enjoyable.
